Terms and Conditions

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions that apply to all of our journeys:

  1. Registration and Payment: a. To secure your participation in the trip, a non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required at the time of registration, as specified by the organizers. b. The remaining balance must be paid by the specified deadline, typically at least 90 days before the trip’s start date. c. Failure to complete the payment by the deadline may result in the cancellation of your registration without any refund of the deposit or prior payments made.
  2. Eligibility: a. Participants must meet any specified age restrictions, or other eligibility criteria outlined by the organizer. b. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that they have the necessary travel documents, such as a valid passport, visas, and any required vaccinations, to enter and travel within the destination country.
  3. Itinerary and Changes: a. The organizer will provide a detailed itinerary for the trip, including accommodation, transportation, photography sessions, and any included activities. b. The itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or force majeure events. c. The organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any significant changes to the itinerary in advance.
  4. Health and Safety: a. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. b. Participants should inform the organizer in advance of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions that may affect their participation or require special arrangements. c. Participants should comply with any health and safety guidelines, instructions, or regulations provided by the organizers or their representatives during the trip.
  5. Travel Insurance:
  1. It is strongly recommended that participants obtain travel insurance coverage for the duration of the trip, including medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability.
  2. The organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred during the trip that could have been covered by adequate travel insurance.
  3. It is the participant’s sole responsibility to obtain comprehensive travel insurance for the duration of the trip. The travel insurance should include coverage for sickness, accidents, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and trip cancellation or interruption.
  4. The organizer strongly recommends that participants review and understand the terms and coverage of their travel insurance policy to ensure it meets their specific needs.
  5. The organizer is not liable for any expenses, losses, or damages incurred by participants that could have been covered by adequate travel insurance.
  1. Liability and Release: a. The organizers and their representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by third-party service providers, transportation providers, or any other external factors beyond their control. b. Participants agree to release and discharge the organizers, their agents, employees, and any associated partners from any claims, liabilities, or disputes arising from their participation in the trip.
  2. Photography and Intellectual Property: a. Participants retain ownership of the photographs they capture during the trip. b. Participants grant the organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute their photographs for promotional and marketing purposes related to the trip and the company business. This includes publications in social media, advertising, marketing and related fields as considered apropriate by the organizers.
  3. Code of Conduct: a. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner throughout the trip, treating fellow participants, organizers, and local communities with courtesy and consideration. b. Participants should comply with any local laws, customs, and regulations of the destination country.
  4. Trip Cancellation: a. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the trip due to insufficient registrations, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond their control. b. In the event of trip cancellation, participants will be provided with the option to receive a full refund of the trip fee or transfer their registration to a future trip, subject to availability.
  5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the organizer is based. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By registering for the Trip, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined above. Participants further acknowledge that they have read and understood the trip itinerary, refund policy, and any additional information provided by the organizer.
