Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require participants to cancel their registration for the Trip. Please read the following refund policy carefully:

  1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility: a. Participants who wish to cancel their registration must notify us in writing via email or through the official communication channels provided. b. The refund eligibility and amount will be determined based on the date of cancellation and the terms outlined below.
  2. Refund Timeline and Amount:
  1. Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the trip’s start date will be eligible for a full refund of the trip fee, excluding any non-refundable deposits or fees incurred by third-party service providers.
  2. Cancellations made between 90 and 60 days prior to the trip’s start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the trip fee, excluding any non-refundable deposits or fees incurred by third-party service providers.
  3. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the trip’s start date will not be eligible for a refund.
  1. Non-Refundable Deposits and Third-Party Fees: a. In some cases, non-refundable deposits or fees may be required to secure accommodations, transportation, or other services. These non-refundable amounts will be deducted from any eligible refund according to the terms set by the respective service providers. b. Any fees or expenses incurred by third-party service providers on behalf of the participant will be non-refundable and may be deducted from the eligible refund amount.
  2. Trip Cancellation: a. In the event that the Trip is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified as soon as possible. b. In such cases, participants will be provided with the option to receive a full refund of the trip fee or transfer their registration to a future trip, subject to availability.
  3. No-Shows or Unused Services: a. Participants who fail to attend the Trip without prior notification will not be eligible for any refund. b. Participants who voluntarily choose not to use any of the included services or amenities during the trip will not be eligible for a refund for the unused portions.
  4. Refund Processing: a. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days from the date of cancellation. b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the registration process unless otherwise agreed upon.

Please note that this refund policy is subject to change and may be updated at the discretion of the organizers. Participants are encouraged to review the refund policy at the time of registration and contact the organizers directly for any clarification or further assistance.
